Black Budget requires no account and shows no advertising. It is fully local: your save slots, settings, and command logs are stored in your own browser. It uses no third-party analytics or crash SDK and sends no gameplay data to a server.
Some audio was created with AI tools during development (build-time only); no AI generation runs while you play.
