Delete a LOOP CREW account
You can request deletion of the anonymous LOOP CREW account and associated data without reinstalling or opening the app.
In the app
Open Settings and choose Delete account & local data. Confirm the two-step prompt. When the server confirms deletion, the app clears its local keys and caches.
Request deletion on the web
Email mtime88@gmail.com with the subject LOOP CREW account deletion request. Include the anonymous account identifier shown in LOOP CREW Settings if available. Do not send passwords, payment-card data, or Google Play receipts.
We will use the supplied identifier only to locate and process the deletion request and may ask for a limited verification step to prevent deletion of another player's account.
What is deleted
- The Supabase anonymous account and owner-linked private profile data.
- Owner-linked scores, private social state, purchase-entitlement projections, rewarded-ad records, raw analytics, and rate or idempotency records held by LOOP CREW services.
- Local data when the in-app deletion flow is used.
What may remain
Content-addressed verified replays or renders may remain after being dissociated from the account. Google Play, RevenueCat, Google Mobile Ads, Supabase, and hosting providers may retain records required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or their platform terms.
