Summary
Empire Heat requires no account and shows no advertising. The current build keeps your game state on your device: it uses no third-party analytics or advertising SDK. A hosted online backend is provisioned for future features but is not yet deployed; this policy will be updated before any online data sync ships.
Empire Heat is not yet published to a live web address. This page documents the current checked-in behavior and will be kept accurate as online features are enabled.

Data we collect
None off-device today
The current build persists your game state locally on your device and does not send gameplay data to a server. There is no third-party analytics or advertising SDK.
Advertising
No advertising, no ad SDKs, no in-app purchases in the current build.
Third parties
We do not sell or rent your data. Limited service providers may process data only to run the game:

Children

Your choices & data deletion
Clear the app's storage or uninstall to remove local data. Once any hosted sync exists, contact us for server-side deletion.
Changes
We will update this policy as the game changes and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected in the app and store listings where required.
