Impossible Routes — Privacy Policy

Summary
Impossible Routes does not require a sign-in, name, email address, contacts, or precise location to play. Driving progress is stored on your device. Optional online features include purchases and purchase recovery, advertising where enabled, anonymous play analytics, crash diagnostics, and competitive features. Available services can differ between internal-test and released builds.
The game does not request contacts, microphone access, or precise location for ordinary driving. Device notification permission is optional and can be changed in device settings.
We keep service records for their stated purposes and applicable retention requirements. Each provider's own privacy policy also explains its processing and retention.
This policy describes the commercial-overhaul feature set. A feature that is not enabled in your build does not send data merely because it is described here.
Data stored on your device
- Credits, Gems, energy, equipment, campaign progress, event tasks, patrol income, purchase-delivery receipts, and claim history
- Audio, controls, accessibility preferences, and privacy choices
- Random installation and purchase-service identifiers; these are not a player sign-in account
Data we collect
Purchases and recovery
If you purchase or restore, Google Play and RevenueCat process the transaction. Our receipt service processes the product, order, purchase token, purchase time, anonymous purchase-service user identifier, and verification information to validate ownership and deliver the stated benefit. Receipt and claim records support recovery and prevent repeated delivery. We do not receive your payment-card number or Google password.
Anonymous play analytics
If you allow anonymous measurement in the game, play and economy events, session/build information, and random install/session identifiers may be sent to PostHog. You can withdraw this optional permission in Settings. A choice about anonymous play analytics is not consent to personalized advertising.
Crash diagnostics
With the applicable diagnostic/measurement permission, Sentry receives bounded technical session and error information to diagnose reliability problems. The game limits message and context fields and removes common personal-data patterns before sending them.
Advertising
Where the native advertising feature is enabled, AppLovin MAX and its configured advertising partners may process device/ad identifiers, approximate region, ad requests and interactions, and technical diagnostics to deliver ads and measure performance. Regional advertising choices are handled through a separate consent or privacy flow. Rewarded ads are optional and ads do not appear during an active haul.
Competitive features
If you use an enabled online score, crew, or ghost feature, the chosen display tag and gameplay result or replay data may be processed and shown to other players. Use a nickname, not personal information.
Network operation
An online request necessarily reveals connection information such as an IP address to the receiving hosting or service provider. Providers may process that information for service delivery, reliability, and protecting their systems.
Advertising
Rewarded ads are optional. Interstitials, where enabled, are limited to natural breaks under the game's frequency rules. Remove Ads removes the stated forced-ad formats; it does not turn an analytics permission into an advertising permission. Expedition VIP provides the four stated instant rewarded bonuses while active. Advertising availability is not guaranteed in internal testing or every region.
Third parties
The providers below process data for the features described in this policy. Advertising partners may also process information under their own privacy policies and the applicable advertising choices.

Children
The game does not ask children to provide personal information. Do not put real names or other personal details in optional public tags. Advertising must follow the game's store audience declaration and the applicable regional consent settings. If you believe a child has provided personal information through an online feature, contact the privacy address below so we can investigate and address it.
Your choices & data deletion
You can remove device-only progress by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it. This does not cancel a Google Play subscription; manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play. Contact the privacy address below for requests concerning server-held data and provide only the minimum information needed to locate your record. Receipt and transaction records may be retained where needed to provide purchased benefits, resolve payment issues, or meet applicable legal/platform requirements. Clearing local storage does not guarantee recovery of spent consumables or all gameplay progress.
Changes
We will update this policy as the game changes and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected in the app and store listings where required.
