LAST LIGHT: Convoy Defense — Privacy Policy
Arm the convoy, hold the road, reach the gate.
Not yet publicly available.
Summary
LAST LIGHT does not require a player sign-in, name, email address, contacts, camera, microphone, or precise location to play. Progress and settings are stored on your device. Online services support purchases and recovery, advertising, gameplay and advertising measurement, and crash diagnostics. Optional processing follows your privacy choices and applicable regional requirements. Test traffic is distinguished from production revenue.
Google Play on Android and the Apple App Store on iOS display the actual localized price, duration, eligible introductory offer and renewal terms before confirmation. Weekly VIP renews automatically until you cancel through the store. Prepaid VIP does not renew automatically: Android offers a seven-day or calendar-month plan; iOS offers a seven-day or thirty-day pass. Monthly Supply Card, passes and other one-time products follow their displayed grant and duration.
A feature does not send data merely because it is listed here; processing depends on the running build, available services and applicable choices.
Data stored on your device
- Missions, Sanctuary progress, Alloy, Cores, blueprints, crates, pass progress, purchase delivery and claim history
- Audio, accessibility and privacy settings, random installation and purchase-service identifiers, and permission records used to keep measurement choices consistent
Data we collect
Purchases and recovery
Google Play processes Android payments, and Apple processes App Store payments on iOS. RevenueCat receives product and transaction identifiers, receipt or purchase-verification information, purchase state, amounts and currencies, and a random purchase-service customer identifier to verify purchases, renewals, refunds and entitlements. Store and RevenueCat records support verification and recovery even when optional measurement is declined; RevenueCat and the game handle entitlement delivery and restoration. Android and iOS RevenueCat purchase lifecycle records can also reach our Dizzywalk Ops backend on Render for reconciliation and permission-checked gameplay analytics and advertising measurement. Core purchase verification and recovery do not depend on optional measurement permission. We do not receive payment-card details or your Google or Apple password.
Gameplay analytics
PostHog receives permitted gameplay, progression, economy, store and ad events, app/build information and a random installation identifier. Measurement waits for the applicable privacy decision. In regions where consent is required it follows that consent; elsewhere it may be enabled after the regional privacy flow unless you turn it off in Settings. Our backend reports verified purchase amounts and currency, and refunds, to PostHog only when the corresponding gameplay-analytics permission and installation identity can be confirmed. Listed offer prices and virtual rewards are not treated as cash purchases.
Advertising and attribution
AppLovin MAX and enabled advertising partners process device/ad identifiers where permitted, network information such as IP address and approximate region, app/device information, consent signals and ad requests, impressions and interactions. The advertising partners whose libraries are included in the game are Google AdMob, Unity Ads, Liftoff Monetize (Vungle), Pangle, Meta Audience Network, DT Exchange (Digital Turbine), InMobi, ironSource, Mintegral and Moloco; each can receive this information when AppLovin MAX requests an ad from it. Regional advertising choices are handled through the provider privacy flow, including Google User Messaging Platform where applicable. Tenjin processes permitted install/referrer information, advertising and installation identifiers, gameplay outcomes and impression-level ad revenue. RevenueCat receives permitted attribution identifiers and permission metadata; our purchase backend checks the current permission and identity before forwarding actual purchase revenue to Tenjin on each configured platform. The game does not also report purchase revenue directly to Tenjin. Tenjin may forward configured events to advertising partners including Google, Meta and AppLovin to measure advertising results.
Google Firebase measurement
Google Analytics for Firebase receives permitted app, gameplay and advertising events, technical app/device information and SDK identifiers. Google Play-linked in-app purchase measurement on Android and supported Apple App Store purchase measurement through StoreKit on iOS are separate from MAX ad-impression revenue. Purchase collection depends on the platform SDK, running build and applicable permission. Advertising measurement follows its applicable permission and enabled integration; it is separate from the PostHog gameplay choice. Internal checkout testing is excluded from production purchase measurement.
Crash and performance information
With the applicable diagnostic/measurement permission, Sentry and Firebase Crashlytics process crash/error information, exception messages and stack traces, session/release information and technical app/device context. Sentry starts only when the game's applicable diagnostic/measurement privacy choice allows it; it does not require a separate iOS operating-system diagnostic prompt. The enabled diagnostic integration sends crash/error and session context rather than gameplay recordings. Its data fields depend on the platform SDK and running build. Firebase Crashlytics can retain unsent crash reports locally before the privacy decision, sends them only when permitted, and deletes unsent reports when permission is denied. Diagnostic reporting can also run in permission-enabled internal test builds with a test environment. Google Play and Apple may separately provide aggregate stability reports under their own settings.
iOS tracking and optional services
On iOS, AppLovin's provider consent flow can request Apple App Tracking Transparency authorization for advertising tracking. The game reads the advertising identifier only when Apple reports authorization. Declining tracking does not require a player sign-in or a second custom tracking prompt. Other processing follows the applicable in-game privacy choices and service availability. Firebase and Tenjin initialize only when their iOS-specific configuration and the applicable measurement choice permit it. A diagnostic SDK configuration does not establish a live purchase or attribution receipt.
Optional local reminders
If you enable reminders through the existing in-game setting, iOS can request notification permission and schedule reminders locally. This integration does not register an Apple remote push token. You can turn reminders off in the game or manage notification permission in iOS Settings.
Network operation
Online requests reveal connection information, including IP address, to the receiving provider. Providers may process it for service delivery, reliability, measurement where permitted, and protection of their systems. Disabling default personal-data fields is not a claim that no connection information is processed.
Advertising
The game can show optional rewarded videos, interstitials between gameplay activities, app-open ads on eligible returns, and banners on supported non-combat screens. Availability and frequency depend on the current configuration, region, progress and purchase status. A rewarded bonus is delivered only after its required completion or when an owned benefit explicitly provides it without a video. Purchase and VIP screens describe which formats and named rewards the benefit covers; other rewarded videos can remain available. Ads do not imply a cash purchase.
Third parties
The following services process information for the purposes described above. Advertising partners also apply their own privacy policies and the applicable advertising choices.
| Provider | What they do |
|---|---|
| Google Play | checkout, transaction verification, subscriptions, refunds and aggregate stability reporting |
| Apple App Store | iOS checkout, transaction verification, subscriptions, refunds and platform diagnostics |
| RevenueCat | purchase verification, entitlements, recovery and purchase lifecycle records |
| Dizzywalk Ops on Render | purchase event storage, reconciliation and permission-checked revenue reporting |
| AppLovin MAX and enabled mediation partners | ad delivery, bidding, privacy signals and ad measurement; the Android build includes the advertising libraries of Google AdMob, Unity Ads, Liftoff Monetize (Vungle), Pangle, Meta Audience Network, DT Exchange (Digital Turbine), InMobi, ironSource, Mintegral and Moloco, which AppLovin MAX calls when a partner is enabled to serve; iOS uses its own platform-specific app and ad-unit configuration |
| Google User Messaging Platform | regional advertising privacy choices |
| Tenjin | install/campaign attribution, permitted events, purchase revenue and separate ad revenue |
| PostHog | permitted gameplay and actual purchase/refund analytics |
| Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics | permitted measurement and crash diagnostics |
| Sentry | permitted crash/error diagnostics and session health |

Your choices & data deletion
You can change gameplay analytics and applicable advertising/measurement choices in Settings. Withdrawal stops optional collection and clears the corresponding local identifiers or unsent events; updated permission metadata is synchronized with purchase services, so propagation is not necessarily instantaneous. Local removal or opt-out does not erase records already received by a provider. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes local progress and may lose consumed items; it does not cancel subscriptions. Manage or cancel Android subscriptions in Google Play and iOS subscriptions through your Apple account in Settings. Restore recovers eligible verified permanent or current timed entitlements, not spent currency. Contact us with the game name and, if needed, an order identifier to request access or deletion. Do not send purchase tokens, payment details or passwords. Some transaction records can remain where needed for purchases, refunds, fraud prevention or legal/platform obligations.
Changes
We will update this policy as the game changes and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected in the app and store listings where required.
