Summary
Make A Monster is an online game for ages 13 and older. We use a pseudonymous game account and necessary service records to save progress, verify play, deliver purchases and rewards, and protect the service. Optional play statistics and diagnostics, adult advertising and marketing attribution have separate privacy controls. A pseudonymous account is not anonymous to our service.
Security: online service connections use encrypted HTTPS transport. We do not claim that every local file or stored server record is encrypted at rest.
Retention: account, recovery, gameplay and settlement records are retained while needed to provide the account and its features. Optional statistics, diagnostics and support records are retained for their stated operational purposes. There is no single fixed deletion period for all records. After a deletion request, limited transaction, security or fraud-prevention records may be retained only as necessary for legal, accounting, dispute-resolution or security obligations; we explain applicable exceptions when handling the request. Provider records may also be subject to their independent legal obligations.
Privacy rights: contact the email below to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about processing and applicable objection or opt-out rights. Where consent is used, you can withdraw it through the relevant in-game control. Data may be processed where our service providers operate, including outside your country, subject to applicable protections.
Data stored on your device
- Game account identifier and private session credentials; optional private recovery code and recovery state
- Creature names and specifications, progress, battle and replay state, queued service requests, settings and privacy choices
- App-private pending purchase-attribution records, including the original Google Play receipt JSON and signature, when marketing attribution is allowed
Data we collect
Account and age eligibility
Our service processes a game account identifier, authentication and recovery records, and your selected age band to provide account continuity, optional cross-device recovery, age-appropriate access, and service security. Do not share session credentials or recovery codes.
Gameplay, names and service records
Online features send creature names, creature specifications, gameplay intents, replay or battle-verification data, progress and economy settlement records to our service. These records support gameplay, rewards, moderation and abuse prevention independently of optional play statistics. Do not put personal or sensitive information in creature names. Content you choose to share may be seen by other players.
Purchases and rewards
Google Play processes Android payments. Our service verifies purchase tokens and processes product identifiers, purchase status, transaction and entitlement records, refunds, and reward-settlement records to grant items correctly and prevent fraud. We do not receive payment-card details or your Google password.
Optional play statistics and diagnostics
If you allow Play stats and diagnostics, our first-party game service receives account/session-linked play and app-interaction events, build information and eligible ad-revenue observations. Our custom Sentry diagnostics transport sends technical error and diagnostic information when configured and allowed. Declining or withdrawing this choice stops future optional collection and discards unsent observations; it does not erase information already sent or stop necessary service records.
Adult advertising and optional attribution
Eligible adults can use advertising features through AppLovin MAX and configured mediation partners after applicable privacy choices. If separately allowed, Tenjin measures installs, campaigns and advertising. These SDKs and partners may process device or advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, device and app information, app/ad interactions, ad value, and diagnostics for delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Marketing attribution requires its own choice; allowing play statistics alone does not enable it.
Optional purchase and gameplay attribution
When marketing attribution is separately allowed and adult and regional privacy eligibility requirements are met, the game can send Tenjin the product identifier, quantity, gross purchase amount, currency, Google Play receipt JSON and signature for new, verified, non-test purchases granted while the game is in the foreground. It can also send qualified gameplay activation events to measure advertising results. This measurement is separate from Google Play checkout and our purchase verification and does not authorize a purchase. The app retains original receipts for this attribution flow only in app-private pending records, not in logs. Pending records expire after seven days and are removed when the app next processes them; expiry does not mean files are deleted while the app is closed or inactive. Disabling marketing attribution removes pending records. It does not automatically erase information already sent to Tenjin.
Connection and support information
Online requests reveal connection information such as IP addresses to our hosting and service providers. If you contact us, we receive your email address, correspondence and information you provide to locate and verify a request.
Advertising
Advertising is available only to eligible adults under the applicable in-game and regional privacy choices. Optional video rewards and marketing attribution have separate choices. Purchases use Google Play; purchase eligibility and available products depend on age and game configuration. Review or withdraw optional choices in Settings > Safety & privacy.
Third parties
We use the providers below for the stated features. Advertising and attribution partners may process information under their own privacy terms and applicable choices. Enabled features and your eligibility determine which providers receive data.

Children
Make A Monster is intended for ages 13 and older, not children under 13. An age-band choice controls access to age-restricted features. Adult advertising SDK initialization and marketing attribution require adult eligibility; unknown-age and under-18 users do not initialize those adult SDK paths. Contact us if you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information.
Your choices & data deletion
Request deletion of your Make A Monster account and associated data by emailing mtime88@gmail.com with the subject "Make A Monster account deletion request", or use the email link below. You can request deletion without reinstalling the app. Include your game account ID if available, or explain that you no longer have access. Do not send a recovery code, session token, password or payment-card details. We will respond to arrange reasonable ownership verification and explain the records affected and any justified retention. After verification, we delete account-associated data from our service and request deletion by service providers as applicable. This is a support request, not an instant automatic wipe. We aim to complete requests promptly and within applicable legal deadlines, and explain any necessary additional steps or delay. Uninstalling or clearing app storage removes local data but does not itself delete server records; operating-system backups may remain under your platform settings.
