March of Many: Army Evolution — Privacy Policy

Build your army and advance through the campaign.

Effective date: October 3, 2026 · Publisher: DIZZYWALK RECORDS LLC

This policy covers the March of Many: Army Evolution app for Android (Google Play) and iOS (Apple App Store).

Summary

March of Many stores game progress and preferences on your device and uses online services for purchases, restoration, advertising, optional measurement and crash diagnostics. Google Play on Android and Apple App Store on iOS handle payment credentials. Optional analytics and advertising processing follow your recorded choices and applicable regional requirements; purchasing does not require optional advertising measurement.

Prepaid VIP access, recurring subscriptions, permanent benefits and season tickets have different terms shown before checkout. A purchase does not make every optional rewarded placement free unless that benefit is stated.

Data stored on your device

Data we collect

Purchases and recovery

Google Play Billing on Android, the Apple App Store (StoreKit) on iOS, and RevenueCat process the product, purchase token or signed Apple transaction, order/transaction identifiers, purchase state, amount and currency, and a pseudonymous installation/customer identifier to verify purchases, entitlements, renewals, refunds and restores. To restore paid subscription and pass terms, the game can also send the current store purchase token to our Dizzywalk Ops backend on Render, which returns the matching paid-term history. These essential records are separate from optional measurement. We do not receive your payment-card number or Google or Apple account password.

Gameplay analytics

When analytics is permitted, PostHog receives a first-party installation identifier and gameplay, first-time-use, level, economy, store and ad events with technical app/build context. These events help us understand progression, reliability and product performance. Virtual currency and free rewards are not cash purchases.

Advertising and attribution

AppLovin MAX and its mediation partners process permitted device/ad identifiers, IP address and the approximate location derived from it, app/device information, privacy signals and ad requests and interactions. Tenjin processes permitted install and advertising attribution information, gameplay outcomes and separate MAX impression-level ad revenue. The Android app includes MAX mediation adapters for Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, ironSource, Liftoff (Vungle), Mintegral, Pangle (ByteDance), InMobi, Moloco, DT Exchange (Fyber), BidMachine and Bigo Ads. The iOS app includes adapters for Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, ironSource, Liftoff (Vungle), Mintegral and Moloco. Which partner serves a given ad depends on the auction, region and configuration; an included adapter does not mean that partner is serving ads. On iOS, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is available to these services only if you allow tracking in Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.

Verified revenue measurement

With the applicable advertising-measurement permission, RevenueCat may receive matching Tenjin installation identifiers and app/build and permission metadata. Android builds may additionally provide Google advertising and Firebase installation identifiers when their integrations are available and permitted. The current iOS receipt path does not use those Android identifier readers; native ad and attribution SDK processing is described separately. RevenueCat sends purchase lifecycle events to our Dizzywalk Ops backend on Render. The backend checks current permission and the same installation/permission record before sending actual production purchase amounts and currency to Tenjin. Duplicate, conflicting or uncertain deliveries are held for reconciliation. Tenjin can forward configured outcomes to Google, Meta and AppLovin for advertising measurement.

Google Firebase

The Android-only Google Analytics for Firebase integration is used only when its SDK and configuration are available in the running build and processing is permitted. Where enabled, it may process app/gameplay events and technical SDK identifiers; Google Play-linked purchase measurement and separately tagged ad-impression revenue depend on that integration being available. Its consent categories follow the corresponding recorded privacy choices. This Android bridge is not used by the current iOS client; configuration alone does not establish active collection.

Google Play Games (Android, when available)

If the Android integration is configured and available and you choose to sign in, Google Play Games can process your player identifier and the gameplay progress, achievement or leaderboard data used by those features. These features are not offered by the current iOS client. Local progress, cloud features and purchase restoration are distinct; restoring eligible purchases does not reconstruct a previous consumable wallet.

Crash diagnostics

Sentry starts only when analytics consent permits it. It receives managed/native crash information, application-not-responding reports, session health, app release/device context and scrubbed lifecycle/scene breadcrumbs. Default personal-data fields, screenshots, view hierarchies, attached logs and performance traces are disabled. Denying permission closes the integration and removes its local diagnostics cache; previously consented cached reports can otherwise be delivered later. These settings do not prevent providers from processing connection information such as IP addresses.

Network operation

Receiving service providers process connection information needed to deliver requests, maintain reliability and protect their systems. Google Play can separately provide aggregate crash/performance reports under its device and account settings.

Advertising

Supported placements include optional rewarded videos, interstitials at eligible transitions, app-open ads at eligible app loading or returns and banners on supported screens. Formats and pacing depend on game state, region, configuration and purchase status. Rewarded benefits require the displayed completed-view condition unless an owned benefit explicitly grants them without a video. Before buying, read the displayed price, goods, duration and any automatic-renewal terms. Google Play on Android and Apple App Store on iOS manage checkout, subscription renewal and cancellation.

Third parties

Services process information for the purposes described above and under applicable privacy choices. Advertising services may also process data under their own privacy policies.

Children

If you believe personal information from a child has been submitted, contact us using the address below and identify this game so that we can review the request.

Your choices & data deletion

Use the game’s privacy settings to change optional measurement choices. Withdrawal clears the corresponding identifiers and sends updated permission metadata to the purchase service; synchronization can take time and is not a promise to remove records already sent. Uninstalling or clearing app storage removes local data, not provider-held purchase or analytics records, and does not cancel store subscriptions. Use Google Play on Android or your Apple account subscriptions on iOS to manage subscriptions and the game’s restore function for eligible rights. For an access or deletion request, contact us with the game name and only the identifiers needed to locate the record. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or raw purchase tokens. Records may remain where needed for purchase delivery, refunds, fraud prevention or legal/platform obligations.

Changes

We will update this policy as the game changes and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected in the app and store listings where required.
