Summary

Sorry, Human: I Made You Stars is a game for Android, iPhone and iPad, published by DIZZYWALK RECORDS LLC. You play without an account. The game never asks for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location, and your progress is stored on your device. The game can use online services, with installation and device identifiers, to show ads, verify purchases, measure play and advertising campaigns, report crashes and send notifications you allow. Which of these features are active can differ between test builds and released versions. This policy covers both platforms; the iPhone and iPad section below adds what is specific to iOS.

Data stored on your device

Data we collect

Play measurement

Where permitted by the applicable privacy choices, PostHog (through Dizzywalk's own relay service) and Google Analytics for Firebase receive installation and app-instance identifiers, session, device and build information, progression and gameplay events (for example which table you played and whether you lit it), store interactions, and advertising or verified purchase revenue. These identifiers are pseudonymous; we do not describe this data as anonymous.

Campaign attribution

Where permitted, Tenjin measures which advertising campaigns led to installations and later actions. This can include the advertising identifier (the Android advertising ID, or Apple's IDFA only when you allow tracking), Apple's identifier for vendor on iOS, install-referrer information on Android, IP address, device and app information, campaign milestones, advertising revenue and validated purchases. Advertising partners can receive conversion information to measure and improve their campaigns.

Purchases

Google Play or Apple's App Store handles payment. Where the game offers purchases, our purchase service processes the product, the order or transaction identifier, the purchase token or signed store receipt, the purchase status, the price and currency, and a purchase-service identifier, to verify purchases, deliver what you bought, handle pending payments and refunds, and prevent duplicate grants. We never receive your payment-card number or your Google or Apple password.

Reliability

Sentry receives crash, error and performance reports with device, operating-system, app-version and session-health information. Automatic personal-information submission, screenshots and view-hierarchy attachments are turned off. Our online services also process the connection and security information needed to run and protect them.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, the game can schedule local reminders on your device. Remote notifications use a Firebase Cloud Messaging registration token, your notification preferences, time-zone or local-time information and relevant game-state timing. Notification openings can be measured when measurement is permitted. You can turn notifications off in your device settings at any time.

Support

If you email us, we receive your message, your email address and anything you choose to include. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or raw purchase tokens.

Network operation

Any online request reveals connection information, including your IP address, to the receiving hosting or service provider, which may use it for delivery, security and approximate regional rules. The game does not request location permission.

Advertising

The game can show ads through AppLovin MAX and its configured demand partners, including Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network and Unity Ads: banner ads, interstitial ads at natural breaks, app-open ads and optional rewarded ads. A rewarded ad grants the stated benefit after the ad is completed. Ad providers may process advertising and device identifiers, IP address and the approximate location inferred from it, app and device details, ad requests, impressions, clicks and diagnostics for ad delivery, frequency capping, measurement and fraud prevention. In the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google's User Messaging Platform shows a consent message where it is required, and your answer governs personalized ads and related measurement. Elsewhere, ads and measurement start without a consent form. You can limit personalized ads on your device: on Android, reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's Google ads settings; on iPhone and iPad, leave tracking off (see the iOS section). Sharing advertising data may count as a sale, sharing or targeted advertising under some US state laws, even though we do not sell personal information for money. To ask us to opt you out of that sharing, email support@dizzywalk.com with the subject "Do not sell or share"; we will respond as the applicable law requires.

iPhone and iPad (iOS)

Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) controls whether the game and its partners may use Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. The IDFA is available only if you allow tracking when the game asks; if you decline, or the game does not ask, partners do not receive the IDFA. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Declining does not affect gameplay or purchases.

Apple's identifier for vendor (IDFV) is shared by apps from the same developer on your device. The game and its ad, attribution and analytics providers may use it for measurement, frequency capping and fraud prevention. Apple does not allow it to be used for tracking across other companies' apps without your permission. It resets when you remove all of the developer's apps from the device.

Purchases on iPhone and iPad go through Apple's StoreKit, using Unity In-App Purchasing. Apple handles payment. We receive product, transaction, receipt, price, currency and entitlement information to verify and deliver purchases, restore eligible purchases and respond to refunds. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings; deleting the app does not cancel them.

If you allow notifications, remote notifications reach your device through Apple's push notification service, using a device token registered with Firebase Cloud Messaging. You can turn notifications off in Settings > Notifications.

Retention and transfers

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the relevant feature, handle support and purchases, protect against fraud and meet legal obligations. Purchase and duplicate-grant records can outlast a local installation. Information already received by a provider is subject to that provider's retention and deletion processes. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries; where required, the applicable legal safeguards govern those transfers.

Purchases and subscriptions

Where the game offers purchases, Google Play or the App Store shows the actual price and any renewal terms before you agree to buy. Manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play or your Apple Account. Deleting the game or asking us to delete data does not cancel billing.

Third parties

The following providers support the features described above. Advertising partners shown in a consent message may process information under their own policies. Being listed does not mean every partner serves an ad on every installation.

Children

Sorry, Human: I Made You Stars is intended for adults aged 18 and older and is not designed for children. The game does not ask for your age or date of birth. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us so we can look into it and address it.

Your choices & data deletion

Uninstalling the game removes its local data from your device, subject to device backups. It does not cancel a subscription or erase purchase records held by the stores or our purchase service. You can reset or delete your advertising ID on Android, turn tracking off on iPhone and iPad (Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking), and turn notifications off in your device settings. To request access, correction, deletion or another privacy right that applies to you, email support@dizzywalk.com with the subject "Sorry, Human privacy request" and say which platform you play on (Android or iOS), with any details that help us find the relevant records. We may ask for limited verification to protect other players' information. Records needed for transaction integrity, refunds, fraud prevention or legal obligations may be kept where the law allows.

Changes

We will update this policy as the game changes and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected in the app and store listings where required.
